10 Day Yoga Challenge for Beginners | DAY 7

Welcome to DAY 7 of our 10 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE!

For Day 7, we tend to our necks and back body.

We move through some gentle stretches and movements that can help reduce tightness, pain and tension in our neck and backs.

A number of the postures that we explore today are heart opening postures. Let’s show our body some love and gratitude for all the amazing work that it does for us on a daily basis!

Daily Affirmation:
“I am open.”

Consider your understanding of the word “open.” What words come to mind? What are some of the ways you demonstrate openness both on and off the mat?
